The team at Renoscape have a broad set of skills and qualifications, but our passion for landscaping, planting and irrigation is the number one quality we share. Together, our workmanship and high standard of equipment allows us to provide a premium service and result that is at a superior level and we continue to upskill and invest in the education of our team.
Scott Bailey
Managing Director/Founder
Scott began his business 13 years ago out of a true passion for nature and landscapes. Growing up helping his grandad in the garden developed his true love for gardens and from this moment, he knew working with nature was perfect for him.
A true professional with a Horticulture certificate and a wealth of knowledge and skill, Scott has more than 20 years industry experience.
Maria Wiltshire
Accounts Manager
Maria Wiltshire is our office and accounts administrator and liaises with team members, clientele and manages the Renoscape accounts. With over 35 years of customer service experience and a background in administration and accounts, Maria Wiltshire works alongside Scott to ensure that maintenance requests, correspondence and updates are frequently communicated between all relevant parties, making the process timely and seamless.
Breanna Bailey
Administration Director
Overseeing the business on a larger scale, Administration Director Breanna Bailey works closely with the Renoscape management team to ensure our business is operating at its peak. Previously a state brand manager, Breanna brings to the table her in-depth experience in effectively managing a team and understanding how a business works across all levels.
Renoscape has 4 operational divisions - Irrigation, Commercial Maintenance, Garden Maintenance and Lawn Maintenance
